Get a FEMA trailer in an auction of government really cheap!

Did you know that after people living in a FEMA trailer after a natural disaster that should give them back and then the government auctions them off? Some sell for as little as $ 1500 so if you are looking for a cheap trailer that could be a very good bet for you? The actual prices range from as high as $ 8000 up to a minimum of $ 850, but in both cases, a bargain is a bargain.

FEMA stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency and there are many such auctions that occur from time to time. Sometimes auction trailer brand new, never used before at all. Often dealers will offer whole batch and take 10-20 at a time and sell at much higher prices later. Sometimes people who live in them now they can buy outright or through the auction also. Others say thanks but no thanks and I'm happy to have rebuilt their homes and want things out of the property, as it brings back horrible memories they say.

For non-portable units but you must demonstrate that they have their own zoning FEMA trailer park that you buy at auction and are not living in a flood zone or something like that. It makes sense to me. Perhaps you might consider all this in 2006....
