In case of sale by telephone Tricks?

I took the office line and a human being alive, that sounded much like a robot, said in a time machine-gun

"Hello I'm with XYZ Associates and this is not a sales call, this is a survey and we would appreciate your opinion. Who is the person who handles the billing for your account SBC phone?"

You know, I know, and probably all know that this is patently false.

SBC has nothing to do with this investigation. This is a vector competitor who wants to identify the person who can move the service to them.

And if you can get that person to come to the line, a sales effort will surely be done.

What do you think of this approach? All may be fair in love and war, but this also applies to the sale?

How about this scenario:

Have you tried to contact someone who is believed to be dodging your calls. If you use a false name to get him or her on the line?

What happens if you call the customer service of your company and ask to be transferred to him, knowing if they comply, appears to you as an insider on the company's telephone display.

And 'right?

Where should we draw a line between what is legal or ethical, and what is not?

I'm not going to tell you!

I think you should determine for yourself, given your values. Once done, you probably feel much better about yourself, sound safer, therefore, accepted the call and actually have more often .......
