3 Tips to Lose Weight Without Risk
If we assume that overweight in particular and the general health status are the result of the sum of our habits, then the only valid conclusion would be to modify our weight and our current health status need to modify the way we live.
This truth, like many others, tends to hurt people who do not want to be responsible for the consequences of their decisions and actions, preferring the "comfortable" position to think that their lives are the result of chance, fate or whimsical designs of some god or nature. This position is convenient because it can safely keep doing what we are used and blame anything or anyone else for our troubles, such as trying to use the birdseed to lose weight.
