Natural aid to concentration problems and study
Concentration is a mental tools more powerful at our disposal - but few people really know how to use it to its maximum capacity.
Essentially, the concentration is the ability to focus attention on one task at hand, while blocking other distraction or unrelated stimuli. This includes sounds insignificant, visual input, and more importantly, the thoughts that wander or unenforceable.
