LOSING THE LEAD

Because today we can say that we have lost the leadership especially in Mexico, today just do not know the difference between "Authority" and "Power" and begin to distinguish the difference by saying that authority is given by the position they have within a business or social circle and the power we have the influence we can exert over others especially for the gift we have. Do not lose sight that we are at a stage where our main requirement is the existence of good leadership that we serve and not to serve us throughout our history we have seen different types of leadership from the most glorious to the more arrogant not to mention the heroic, but there is no doubt that the loss of these leaders is very much hand in hand with the influence exerted today the environment in which we live and above all the media together with the lack and loss values ​​in our children.
