The first step in a spiritual and healthy is to practice focusing on good thoughts to create positive energy for us. All thoughts are connected and a good thought to take next. So we begin our journey to spirituality and health to be aware of what we do.
How can we be aware?
We can all be a bit 'more careful if you simply enjoy taking a break in everything we do. Pause for a split second before speaking. Inhale before you type. Close your eyes for a moment after the first sip of coffee in the morning. Smell your apple before you take the first bite. And 'in these in-between space that spiritual life, can be found.
Cut a pause can enrich your spiritual life, because a break is a gentle reminder that there are many aspects of life. The work is only part of your life. Besides work, we have family, friends, love, study, leisure and spirituality. When you are upset over an area of your life, you can immediately restore inner peace by putting your problem into perspective. A problem apparent size becomes smaller when it is placed in a larger pattern of life .......
