Work ethic or simply the Golden Rule
And 'business ethics, or simply the golden rule? The golden rule in possession of a universal theme. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Do it at work, home, life and in Hong Kong. It is a principle foundation of every good company. Keep focus on transparency and emphasis on doing the right thing. This will be the main reason for superior performance and success.
Every respectable profession must hold a special position of trust within society. This is the recognition that continued public confidence is based commitment to high ethical standards within the company and talking to the same high standards of individuals in society. All this starts at the top. If the integrity there will not exist for a long time to lower levels. And 'responsibility of the person at the top to make it known with the example and character that nothing less will be tolerated.
It 's important that everyone in the company believe it is essential that all employees should always act in an honest and ethical in connection with their service to society. The principles of integrity and accountability are the cornerstone of success.
Every employee should deal fairly with all counterparties, suppliers, competitors and other employees at all times. It all goes back to the golden rule. There are ethics that apply to times here, but there sometimes. There are no 'business' ethics. Throughout the world religious and cultural differences may vary, but the golden rule stands firm.
As an individual in the company making these decisions correctly is imperative. In the first of every day life, everything is done for the decisions made with the simple but essential rule of gold, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. With the definition is out of the deception or any attempt to mislead.
Finally, and equally important to pay attention and ready to act on all complaints. This includes but is not limited to customers, suppliers and employees. They will do their part in keeping honest! ......
