Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 / 3 cup corn oil
¼ cup honey
1 cup chopped or slivered almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
½ cup of bran
½ cup amaranth
½ cup peanuts
¼ cup seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
Procedure:
In a bowl mix all these ingredients well, put in a baking dish d e u n f o r f a q u and q to u e d e u n i f o r m e n t e e x t e n d i d a m e z l a c l a d e l a g r a n or l to, and Baked gets p r e v i a m e n t e p r e c a l e n t a d or a 1 8 0 ° C. ¾ cup dried apricots ¼ cup of nuts Peach
¼ cup raisins ¼ cup of figs
¼ cup walnuts ¼ cup hazelnuts
¼ cup dates ¼ cup dried apple
¼ cup dried papaya ¼ cup dried bananas
¼ cup pine nuts ¼ cup blueberries
Mix with remaining ingredients and ready stored in a tightly covered container. If you want to make granola bars melt butter with melted chocolate when mixed with granola and spread on a tray and compacted as this cut the bars. These can also add chocolate chips semi-sweet.
